Ca La Mina is a charming Spanish villa just a stone's throw from Cap de la Nau in Javea.   Open the gate and you'll step right into paradise. The house is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden that instantly puts you in a vacation mood.  

The garden offers complete privacy, a heated pool, and a cozy naya (covered terrace) with a bar, seating area, and BBQ. The property is fully fenced, so small children can play here safely, and pets are welcome (upon request).

Interior Design of Ca La Mina

You enter through the foyer, which leads directly to the living room with a fireplace.  There is a fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances.  From the kitchen, you have access to another terrace.    The ground floor also features 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a guest restroom.  On the top floor, in the turret, there is a third bedroom with a private terrace.  From this terrace, you can enjoy a view of the sea.

With so many terraces, there is always a spot where you can find sun or shade.

The villa is in a quiet location.  Just 150 meters away is Javea’s best paella restaurant, El Mirador.  From here, you can also enjoy breathtaking views.  Across the street is a supermarket and a tennis/padel club.  There is another nice restaurant near the lighthouse.
