Casa Ballestra is a traditional Spanish villa that was recently completely redesigned by Belgian architect Ilse Gielen.   

The house is fully furnished in Ibiza style with comfortable sofas, luxurious lounge chairs, crisp white linens, and high-end toiletries.  The fully equipped kitchen features a Smeg toaster and kettle, a Nespresso coffee maker, and more.  From the house and terrace, you can also enjoy spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, the protected island of Portitxol, and the beach of the same name.

Interior Design of Casa Ballestra

Casa Ballestra has 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed. There are 3 bathrooms, 1 of which has a bathtub and shower. The other 2 bathrooms have showers.

You enter the property through the gate under the carport. You descend the stairs to the front door of Casa Ballestra. Inside the house, all rooms are on one level. The living room is comfortably furnished with a cozy seating area and a spacious table that seats 8 people. There is a smart TV with Dutch/Flemish channels. To the left of the living room, you’ll find one bedroom and a bathroom. To the right of the living room, you’ll find the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. You’ll also find a spacious utility room with a washer and dryer.

Adjacent to the living room is a spacious covered patio with a table and eight chairs. A spiral staircase leads up to the spacious rooftop terrace. From the comfortable lounge chairs, you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine here.

There are 8 luxury lounge chairs by the pool.   

The garden is fully fenced. There is a carport for one car. You can access a garage and additional parking via the street below. Street parking is also available.

Casa Ballestra offers high-speed internet, making it the perfect place to work in Spain.   After all, working with a view of the sea is much nicer than working from a boring office.
