In 2022, we bought an apartment on Arenal Street in Javea. It was an instant hit. In the summer, we welcomed families with children, and in the winter, it was the ideal spot for winter visitors.
After a long search, we found a townhouse in the La Isla complex that is also suitable for both groups. A cozy little home with a private terrace that opens right onto the immense courtyard garden. A perfectly manicured lawn, beautiful palm trees, and a massive swimming pool.
The 7,000 m² garden ensures that you can always enjoy the sun somewhere, even in winter.
Casa Saint Tropez is located 300 meters from the beach. There are numerous shops, restaurants, and even a chip shop within walking distance.
And why do we call a cottage in Spain “Saint Tropez”? Our cozy vacation home in Javea is located on a street called “Saint Tropez.”

Casa Saint Tropez is a townhouse in the beautiful La Isla complex.
Ground floor: Kitchen, living room, dining area, small bathroom with shower and toilet, spacious terrace, and access to the courtyard garden.
First floor: Bedroom 1 with a 160 cm bed and Bedroom 2 with a bunk bed and desk. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedroom 1 has a balcony overlooking the courtyard garden.
Second floor: Bedroom 3 with a 180 cm bed and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and toilet. This bedroom also has a terrace overlooking the courtyard garden.
With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Casa Saint Tropez is suitable for 6 guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, etc.
There is parking in front of the house. A large covered parking lot is located 50 meters from the front door.
Well-behaved pets are also more than welcome at Casa Saint Tropez in Javea.
