In 2021, we fell in love with Javea. Casa Gonzales was our first purchase, and since then, countless guests have enjoyed our little spot on Balcon al Mar.
However, we noticed that many people prefer to stay within walking distance of the beach. It’s also nice for winter residents to have all amenities within walking distance.
After a long search, we found the perfect spot. Apartment Arenal was exactly what we were looking for.
The apartment is located in the Marmara complex, less than 100 meters from the sandy Arenal Beach with its many restaurants, bars, and shops.
Interior Design of the Arenal Apartment
The Arenal apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, and bedroom 2 can accommodate 3 people. In total, the apartment can sleep 5 people.
There are 2 modern bathrooms with showers. The cozy living room features a dining area and a TV corner.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, etc.
At the front is a small, fenced-in garden, and at the back is a spacious terrace with direct access to the communal garden and pool.
For the children, there is a small playground, a soccer/basketball court, and a covered area with, among other things, a ping-pong table.
Parking is also provided in the underground garage.
Apartment Arenal is located on the ground floor, and the entire property is wheelchair and walker accessible.
Your pet is also welcome at Apartment Arenal.

This beautiful seaside resort on the Costa Blanca has become extremely popular with vacationers from Belgium and the Netherlands in recent years.
