A small renovation or refresh was planned. However, this got completely out of hand, resulting in their Villa Mozart now becoming a completely renovated dream home. Villa Mozart was a classic Spanish villa in a beautiful location. In early 2023, it was completely gutted and transformed into a luxury Ibiza-style villa.
White walls, wooden accents, and beautiful furnishings make this vacation home in Javea a true gem. Add the phenomenal views to that, and you have the complete picture. I guarantee you, you’ll never want to go home.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and a dining room. This floor also features 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
In the charming turret, there is a 4th bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and downstairs there is another cozy room with an en-suite bathroom.
But in Spain, of course, life happens outdoors, and once you see this beautiful garden, you’ll undoubtedly never want to go back inside. A massive terrace with a spacious pool, luxurious lounge chairs, cozy seating areas, an outdoor shower, and a lushly landscaped garden. The icing on the cake is the most beautiful outdoor kitchen you’ve ever seen. Ibiza could learn a thing or two from this. It’s the perfect place to unwind with a glass of rosé after a cozy barbecue (though “barbecue” is an understatement for the culinary marvel you’ll find here). Before you know it, the sun will set, bringing another beautiful day in Javea to a close.
Fancy some entertainment? A game of bocce or a round of table tennis are possible.

General information about Javea
Javea is a popular seaside resort on the northern Costa Blanca. It is located near Moraira, Denia, and Benitatxell.
In addition to a lively promenade, Javea also has a small marina and an authentic old town with picturesque alleys, shops, and restaurants. Next to the old cathedral is a market where you can buy fresh fish, fruits, and vegetables or enjoy a cup of coffee.
